I am the Director of Acquisitions, Metadata, and Resource Sharing Services for the CMU Libraries. I am subject librarian for the Betty A. McDonald Children's Literature Collection and for library/information science material.
I have been actively involved in the library profession for many years. I served as President of the Michigan Library Association, Chair of the Michigan Library Consortium Executive Board, and member of several American Library Association committees. Currently, I am Steering Committee Chair for the Michigan Shared Print Initiative, a distributed archive of books held in nine university libraries.
I received my B.A. and M.S.L. degrees from Western Michigan University and my M.S.A degree from CMU.
