I am the Director of Library Research & Instruction Services in the CMU Libraries, where my responsibilities include overseeing the library's research support and instructional activities and initiatives. In addition to my library duties, I am the Chairperson of the CMU Copyright Committee.
I have been at CMU since 2007. Prior to CMU, I worked as the Head Librarian at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, as Director of Library Services at Southwestern Michigan College in Dowagiac, and as a Librarian/Cataloger at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
I earned my B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, my M.L.I.S. from Louisiana State University, and a Masters degree in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at Michigan State University.
