Course Objectives

EDL 600 is an introductory course that initiates a graduate-level sequence of research knowledge and skills.  After completing the course, the student will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of basic research. 
  2. Define preliminary skills for conducting research. 
  3. Analyze research reports. 
  4. Define components of a research report. 
  5. Define aspects of various types of research.
