COVID-19 Health System Response Monitor
The Health System Response Monitor (HSRM) has been designed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak to collect and organize up-to-date information on how countries are responding to the crisis. It focuses primarily on the responses of health systems but also captures wider public health initiatives. This is a joint undertaking of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the European Commission, and the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies.

How the U.S. Compares to Other Countries in Responding to COVID-19: Populations at Risk, Health System Capacity, and Affordability of Care
From the Commonwealth Fund, blog post assessing the U.S. health system’s capacity to respond to COVID-19 compared to 16 countries — 10 that take part in the Commonwealth Fund’s annual international survey (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom) plus six others that have experienced large numbers of confirmed COVID-19 cases (China, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, and Taiwan).
