  • TRIP Database  A search engine to find evidence-based clinical information.
  • NTIS  National Technical Information Service. (NTIS) is an entirely fee-supported agency that promotes U.S. innovation and economic growth by providing information and data services to the public, industry, and other federal agencies.  Originally created to serve as the U.S. government’s repository for scientific research and information, it still maintain the world’s most comprehensive collection of U.S.-sponsored research.   • Centre for Reviews and Dissemination  University of York, United Kingdom.  Provides access to The Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE) and the NHS Economic Evaluation Database (NHS EED) as well as the HTA Database.  Searchable for systematic reviews of health/social care interventions, summaries of all Cochrane systematic reviews/protocols (up to March 2015), economic evaluations of health/social care interventions and summaries of completed/ongoing health technology assessments.
  • OpenGrey  System for information on grey literature in Europe.  OpenGrey covers Science, Technology, Biomedical Science, Economics, Social Science and Humanities.
  •  U.S. National Library of Medicine.  A database of privately and publicly funded clinical studies conducted around the world.
  • UK Clinical Trials Gateway  Discover health and social care research that is taking place across the UK.  Locate clinical trials and studies in any condition or disease area.
  • ISRCTN Register  International Standard Randomised Controlled Trial Number.  A primary clinical trial registry recognised by WHO and ICMJE that accepts all clinical research studies (whether proposed, ongoing or completed), providing content validation and curation and the unique identification number necessary for publication.  All study records in the database are freely accessible and searchable.

  • HSRProj  Health Services Research Projects in Progress, National Library of Medicine
  • All Trials  An international initiative to have all past & present clinical trials registered & their full methods & summary results reported.
  • Open Trials  An open, online database of information about the world’s clinical research trials, designed to increase transparency and improve access to research.  Funded by the Laura & John Arnold Foundation, the project is a collaboration of Open Knowledge & Dr. Ben Goldacre, an internationally known leader on clinical transparency.
  • Centerwatch Clinical Trials  Online database of industry-sponsored global clinical trials actively seeking study volunteers.
  • GSK Study Register  GlaxoSmithKline.  Provides information on GSK Studies.  Clinical study search available.
