THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS NOW CLOSED
The 16th Distance Library Services Conference is an opportunity to present your research, knowledge and experience to your peers. All professional, faculty, administrative, and staff members who are involved in providing library services for students at a distance are invited to submit a proposal. The proceedings will be published separately and featured in special issues of the Journal of Library & Information Services in Distance Learning.

PROPOSAL DEADLINE:
The deadline for submission is June 10, 2013.
EVALUATION AND ACCEPTANCE:
After June 10, 2013, the DLS Conference Program Advisory Board will be provided with blind copies of the proposal abstracts. Proposals will be evaluated based on their potential interest to conference attendees, contribution to the body of knowledge associated with the field of distance library services, and their clarity of organization and expression. Program balance and room space may also be a factor in proposal selection. All submitters will be notified regarding their status of their proposals by July 31, 2013.
